Our co-workers are highly experienced and come from lending, banking, corporate management, private equity, and real estate services. Yet, we do not and will not sell real estate. We only provide property management services. This focus allows us to be free of corporate bureaucracy, conflicts and slow response times.

It is underwriting. In essence, underwriting is a risk assessment process or the ability to mitigate the possibility of a negative outcome. We have learned that the majority of property and tenant issues can be avoided in the selection of tenants as not all tenants are the same.
Our backgrounds in banking, lending and corporate risk management has given us deep nuanced experience in credit underwriting. Our experience in people management in large companies is valuable in developing tenant relationships that are balanced. With the ideal tenants and relationships, many issues can be averted or de-escalated.
As a regulated business, we ensure landlords are fully compliant with regulatory and tax agencies. We are familiar with the Residential Tenancy Board and understand how to properly represent the Landlord. Staying abreast of rental regulations helps our landlords have peace of mind with one of their biggest assets.
